Welcome to the Rokel Kids Boxing Academy!

Founded in October 2022 by Susanne, we began with just 8 kids in a backyard and have now grown to over 150 children aged 2-15, who train up to six times a week.
We've transformed an old multipurpose hall into a fully-equipped boxing gym with even a boxing ring, providing a safe environment for our young boxers.
​
Under the guidance of retired national coach Foday, the kids not only learn the art of boxing but also the importance of discipline and respect.
We collaborate with the schools and our unique "No Homework, No Boxing" theme encourages kids to finish their homework to earn their spot in the ring, leading to impressive 78% improvement in school in our first year.

With dedicated support from our academy manager Christopher, we've also launched an IT center to prepare the kids of our community for the new digital world.

The Rokel Kids Boxing Academy has grown into a fantastic project which not only gives hopes and dreams to the kids to become a champion one day but also supports the families with donations of school supplies, clothes and ad hoc support for example for medical emergencies.
Our dream is to send some of our talented boxers to the Youth Olympics 2026 in Senegal, inspiring them to reach new heights in their boxing journey.

At our Boxing Academy in Sierra Leone, we are dedicated to growing not only future champions in the ring but also leaders in life. Our mission is to provide comprehensive training that inspires young athletes to dream big and pursue their boxing aspirations. Our Vision
At our core, we envision nurturing boxing talents who can rise to become international champions, with the exciting goal of participating in the Youth Olympics in Senegal 2026. Our vision is to ensure that every child knows the importance of education, leading to stable employment that supports their families.
